Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service/Shipping/Warehouse Associate with strong firearm and firearm accessory knowledge to join our team. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring applicants to pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.

This role involves customer service, shipping, and warehouse tasks, making it ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, organization, and interacting with customers on the phone. While previous shipping experience is not required, we value reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. On-the-job training will be provided to ensure your success.

Firearm & Accessories Knowlege- What We're Looking For:

Since this role involves handling and discussing firearm-related products, applicants should have a solid understanding of:

Different Types of Firearms – Knowledge of handguns, including their functions and differences.

Firearm Accessories – Familiarity with optics, magazines, grips, holsters, slings, and attachments.

Experience in firearm retail, gun ranges, sporting goods stores, or personal firearm use is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Service – Assist customers with product questions, order inquiries, and basic troubleshooting. Provide accurate information about products, services, and order status. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes. Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Order Processing – Accurately pick, pack, and ship firearm-related products.
  • Inventory Management – Restock, organize, and track warehouse inventory.
  • Shipping & Receiving – Ensure correct packaging, labeling, and compliance with regulations.
  • Warehouse Organization – Maintain a clean and efficient workspace.
  • Safety & Compliance – Follow all firearm handling guidelines and company policies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and customer service software is preferred.
  • Or multilingual abilities are a plus.
