Do you want to work in a major global organization that is market leader in its industry? Are you ready to take the next step in your career? Now KONE is looking for a Customer Solutions Engineering Manager (CSE Manager) in Norway.
As a Customer Solutions Engineering Manager, you will have the important role of leading the CSE team in Norway and create roadmaps for CSE development to meet business targets and needs. In this role you will ensure high quality project engineering incl. adequate technical expertise to understand customer needs, and to define best KONE solutions for customers in collaboration with sales and delivery teams. You will be responsible to drive technical solution compliance with engineering policy, safety regulations, local codes & standards for full solution lifecycle.
KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Applicable technical degree bachelor’s degree in science
- Good leadership and people management skills
- At least 2 years’ experience on project management
- Experience of working in a matrix organization is an asset.
- Prior working experience within people leadership
- Experience with change management in a structured manner.
- Norwegian and English full professional proficiency
- Elevator engineering experience and knowledge on Norwegian elevator practices is considered an asset.
