Customer Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will utilize your communication skills to address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure clarity and understanding.
  • Upsell products and services when appropriate to enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain a positive attitude while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
  • Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines.

Job Description

  • Responsible for order in-take through email, phone, and in-person
  • Quoting print jobs and ensuring all cost have been captured
  • Creating work order with all job specifications, making sure that all necessary information is on hand
  • Scheduling to ensure requirements and timelines are met
  • Use of QuickBooks software
  • Maintain clean work area
  • Manage inventory of printing supplies and materials, replenishing as needed.
  • Assist with packaging of printed materials as required
  • Invoicing print jobs when finished

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
  • Experience working in a printing production environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with printing techniques, printing equipment, and materials is a plus.
  • Comfortable in noisy conditions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
  • Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions quickly.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn in a team-oriented environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; further education is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
