About the role
This is a brand-new role created to strengthen and grow our commercial presence across the Island of Ireland.
As Customer Success and Key Accounts Manager – Ireland, you will play a central role in managing and growing relationships with some of PA Media Group’s most important clients, while also identifying and developing new business opportunities across multiple brands, products, and solutions.
Acting as PA Media Group’s on-the-ground commercial representative in Ireland, you’ll work closely with clients as a trusted partner and advisor, helping them maximise value from our services while uncovering opportunities for growth and innovation.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong relationship management and commercial instincts with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
What you’ll be delivering.
Customer Success & Key Account Management
- Own and grow relationships with PA Media Group’s top-tier clients across the Island of Ireland.
- Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Develop account plans that identify upsell, cross-sell and innovation opportunities.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively manage retention risks.
- Ensure clients receive a consistently high-quality experience across all PA Media Group products and services.
Business Development & Commercial Growth
- Identify, prospect and convert new business opportunities across target sectors.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through to negotiation and close.
- Build and maintain a robust, forward-looking pipeline of opportunities.
- Develop tailored proposals and commercial solutions across multiple PA Media Group brands.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the Irish media and communications landscape.
Commercial Operations & Collaboration
- Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring effective pipeline management and forecasting.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated commercial opportunities.
- Support the development of cross-brand commercial initiatives and customer solutions.
- Use performance data and insights to optimise client engagement and commercial activity.
About you.
You’ll be commercially driven, relationship-focused, and highly motivated, with the ability to balance account management and business development responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll bring:
- Strong commercial and sales capability across both account management and new business development.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Confidence engaging and influencing senior decision-makers and C-level stakeholders.
- Strong presentation, proposal-writing and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and pipeline management capability.
- Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines effectively.
It would also be beneficial if you have:
- Experience working across multiple brands, products, or business units.
- An understanding of media, PR, marketing services, or SaaS-based solutions.
- Experience developing integrated commercial propositions.
- Knowledge of social media, content marketing, or media intelligence tools.
