- Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through to negotiation and close.
- Build and maintain a robust, forward-looking pipeline of opportunities.
- Develop tailored proposals and commercial solutions across multiple PA Media Group brands.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the Irish media and communications landscape.
Commercial Operations & Collaboration
- Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring effective pipeline management and forecasting.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated commercial opportunities.
- Support the development of cross-brand commercial initiatives and customer solutions.
- Use performance data and insights to optimise client engagement and commercial activity.
About you.
You’ll be commercially driven, relationship-focused, and highly motivated, with the ability to balance account management and business development responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll bring:

It would also be beneficial if you have:
- Experience working across multiple brands, products, or business units.
- An understanding of media, PR, marketing services, or SaaS-based solutions.
- Experience developing integrated commercial propositions.
- Knowledge of social media, content marketing, or media intelligence tools.
