About the Opportunity:
Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity available within our Customer Success team. As a Customer Success Consultant, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service while building strong, lasting relationships.

In this role, you will identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and proactively support retention and growth opportunities across our customer base. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where customer outcomes are at the heart of everything we do.

Our team operates Monday to Friday between 7am to 5pm, with a range of shift options available - so you can enjoy your weekends.

Your key contributions include:
  • Engaging with customers via phone and email to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions.
  • Building strong and lasting relationships to enhance customer loyalty and maximise growth opportunities.
  • Providing a seamless and positive customer experience at every touchpoint.
  • Collaborating with your team to contribute to a high-performing, supportive culture.
  • Adapting to changing customer needs and business priorities with flexibility and a solution-focused mindset.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a customer-facing role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding outcomes.
  • A positive, resilient and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Willingness to learn, grow and take on feedback to continuously improve.
