As a Customer Success Engineer in our Leanheat team, you’ll turn that vision into reality — ensuring our solutions are deployed seamlessly and deliver measurable improvements for our customers.
You’ll make a real impact by working on innovative projects that cut energy consumption, enhance comfort, and advance sustainability goals. Join a team that’s shaping the future of smart building technology.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage customer accounts and orders , prepare reports and quotes, and support meetings and contracts in collaboration with sales and operations teams
- Optimize site performance by monitoring KPIs, troubleshooting issues, and managing alerts to ensure smooth operation
- Deploy complex installations and provide technical support during sales and operational phases
- Contribute to product and process improvements , including tooling, AI integration, and new feature rollouts in partnership with R&D
- Deliver training and share knowledge to ensure best practices are followed across the team and with customers
What We're Looking For
- Technical background in engineering, building automation, energy systems, or similar — or a strong understanding of Danfoss and Leanheat solutions gained through internal experience
- Strong customer management skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
- Experience in site optimization, troubleshooting, and technical deployments
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and communicate clearly with both technical and non technical stakeholders
- Interest in energy efficiency, smart building technology, and sustainability Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage.
Please note this role is offered as a 12‑month contract, with the opportunity for extension based on project needs.

You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us
We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected and valued for who they are.
You’ll receive benefits like annual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about -we think they’re great.
