We connect every system in your building, from lighting and heating to occupancy, air quality and more. We then work with key stakeholders to implement energy saving strategies to achieve goals and make an impact. Our dedicated teams have been working in the field of WiFi and Smart Connectivity for over 20 years and have built and operated a number of successful brands. We are now on a mission to support our clients on the journey to Net Zero by making buildings smarter, with a focus on reducing energy consumption and carbon emissions whilst always maintaining occupant comfort.
This is not your average 9-5 role, at Optimise Everything we are a customer driven start-up with innovation at our core, we encourage team members to grow and have fun! Our customers are typically large office buildings, hotels, shopping centres and retail chains.
The role
At Optimise Everything everyone in the business plays their part in reducing the energy and carbon consumption in the buildings we work with using innovation, software, hardware and common sense.
The Client Success Team is at the forefront of this activity, leading the charge on reporting and engaging with internal and external stakeholders to produce impactful results.
The ideal candidate is someone with 1-2 years experience working in a B2B client facing role who is tech savvy and wants to accelerate their career, working with some of the best real estate customers across the UK and Ireland.
Excellent communication and organisation skills are key attributes for success in this fast paced role.

Role : Client Success Executive – Commercial Buildings.
Base : Ireland (Dublin), office based.
Term : Full time.
Must have’s
· 1-2 years experience working in a B2B client facing role
· A passion for cardon reduction and sustainability
· Experience using online cloud-based reporting tools
· Have excellent attention to detail
· Ability to present both online and in person
· The ability to work in a demanding and ever-changing environment with tight deadlines
· Excellent organisation and project management skills
· Self-starter with a proactive approach and ability to work on own initiative
· Competent using Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
· An understanding of business practices and ethics
· Not afraid to fail
· Commitment, drive and enthusiasm to succeed
· Have the ability to multi-task and prioritise
· Available to travel
· Have a full IRL or UK driving license
Nice to haves
· A commercial property related qualification or experience
· An interest in technology
· Social media experience
· Use AI to your advantage
