Responsibilities
- You are responsible for managing relationships with multiple customers and developing connections with stakeholders to understand their unique operational challenges and map these to the value of Sparkrock products.
- You are a proactive self-starter, able to prioritize and complete tasks quickly in a fast-paced environment, and business-focused with the aim of helping clients and expanding relationships.
- You will act as an advisor and consultant, as well as a customer advocate within Sparkrock.
- You will do this with deep market knowledge, the ability to engage and communicate the business value of our products, and a drive towards established goals.
- You are a champion of what is possible for our customers and will proactively work with them to leverage our solutions to match their needs.
- You are driven to meet ambitious individual goals to support this exciting time of growth and scale for Sparkrock.
Requirements
- BA/BS required
- 2+ years of experience working in Customer Success as a CSM or similar, or 2-5 years of experience working in Non For Profit or Educational organization in an ERP-related role.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Extensive experience with ERP and/or CRM software and MS Office
- Proven ability to prioritize work
- Superior listening skills
Nice to have
- Accounting Designation
- CRM experience to manage accounts and opportunities
- Experience as a Customer Success Key Account Manager, Sales, Consultant, or relevant role
