Customer Success Manager - Finland

Treasury Systems is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Customer Success Manager to support and grow our existing customer base in Finland. If you have a strong background in corporate treasury and a passion for customer success, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact in a fast-evolving fintech environment.

Your Role

You will be part of our Customer Success Team - a collaborative and customer-centric group dedicated to supporting and strengthening relationships across the entire Nordic region. While your primary focus will be on our Finnish clients, your work will also contribute to the overall success and satisfaction of our broader Nordic customer base.

Customer Success Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Treasury Systems customers in Finland
• Organise regular check-ins and strategic meetings
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer relationships
• Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams
• Present and demo new product features
• Drive add-on sales and identify opportunities for system enhancements
• Initiate and support small consulting projects
• Assist new sales efforts through customer references and success stories

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Partner with Professional Services and Product Management teams
• Participate in version testing with financial consultants
• Join sprint demos and internal training sessions
• Attend Professional Services meetings when relevant
