We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to enhance Salonkee’s growth and client retention. Your role is essential in maintaining strong relationships with our German-speaking clients, ensuring they realize the full value of our digital solutions in the beauty and wellness industry. You will focus on client loyalty and upselling, securing our market position and making Salonkee indispensable to their business success.
What you will be doing:
Client Retention: Act as the main liaison for our German-speaking clients, focusing on retaining salons by demonstrating the continuous value of integrating Salonkee's solutions into their operations. Work to prevent clients from transitioning to competitors by addressing their specific needs and concerns with tailored solutions.
Strategic Upselling: Identify opportunities to upgrade existing clients to more comprehensive packages and introduce them to our payment services, and additional functionalities
Product Mastery: Develop an in-depth understanding of Salonkee’s software to provide expert guidance on its extensive features and benefits
Feedback Loop: Systematically collect and channel client feedback to our product development team to refine and enhance our offerings, ensuring our solutions align with market needs and client expectations.
Client Education: Conduct training sessions to educate clients on the full capabilities of Salonkee's software, reinforcing the value it adds to their business.
Risk Identification and Management: Proactively identify any potential risks that might affect client satisfaction or engagement and address these issues promptly to maintain high client retention rates.
What you need to have:
Fluency in German is required to effectively communicate with our German-speaking clients, along with a strong command of English.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
Adept at working with software platforms, with a keen interest in staying updated on the latest technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate client issues in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Proven sales experience with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
High energy, motivated, and excited about driving growth and achieving results.
A love for numbers and growth, with the ability to translate data-driven insights into strategic actions.
