Customer Success Representative Netherlands

We’re a cutting-edge tech-enabled bank on a mission to revolutionize financing for small businesses across 7 markets in northern Europe. Our innovative solutions aim to simplify access to financing and enable growth for small businesses. As we scale, we are now looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Success Representative to be part of our journey of transforming the financial landscape for entrepreneurs.

About the role

The role of Customer Success Representative involves supporting our Dutch customers via all of our inbound contact channels, phone, chat, and email. You will resolve our customer's errands which will be broad and varied, it can be anything from technical support or questions about an ongoing loan application. You will take full ownership of the customer's onboarding process and sales funnel. Solve errands and drive customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.

In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues within the Customer Service/Sales team as well as other stakeholders and departments to drive errand resolution. We have grown the Dutch Customer Success team immensely in the past years and also received our banking license at the end of 2023. Therefore, you will also have an impact on new routines and ways of working both internally and on how we operate towards our customers. In this role, you will be a part of a large and diverse team of 19 people that houses Underwriters, Customer Success, and Collection Agents among others. This role reports directly to one of the two Team Leads.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound customer errands, via phone, chat, and email

  • Take full ownership of the resolution and the customer-facing contact

  • Collaborate with colleagues both within and outside the team to drive improvements

    Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, preferably via phone and email

  • Basic knowledge of financial products

  • Proven capabilities in high customer satisfaction

  • Strong sense of ownership & detail orientation

  • Curiosity and a will to constantly want to improve

  • Fluency in Dutch, both written and spoken

  • Proficient in English, as it's our primary business language

  • Experience from previous fintech and/or fast-growing companies is a plus
