Customer Success Specialist

Location: Calgary, AB
Schedule: Full-time | Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

About the Role

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Customer Success Specialist to join our Calgary team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—helping them feel supported, heard, and well taken care of. From scheduling appointments to following up on service, you'll play a key part in delivering a 5-star experience at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service over the phone with empathy and efficiency
  • Manage inbound calls for plumbing and HVAC services, including booking, rescheduling, and general inquiries
  • Place outbound calls to confirm appointments, follow up on services, and engage returning customers
  • Schedule service appointments based on technician availability and customer needs
  • Work closely with the service team to ensure seamless communication and timely execution
  • Handle questions, concerns, and escalations with professionalism and care
  • Help build and maintain strong relationships that improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of customer service experience (bonus if it’s in plumbing, HVAC, or home services)
  • Strong communication skills with a warm, professional phone manner
  • Excellent time-management and organizational abilities
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
  • Passion for helping people and solving problems
  • Availability to work the required Sunday–Thursday schedule

Bonus Points

  • Experience with field service software (like ServiceTitan)
  • Knowledge of the trades or home service industry
  • Leadership or coaching experience in a service-focused setting
