About the role

Looking to kickstart your career in a fast-growing tech company?

At Consensus, you’ll work with global clients, exciting projects, and a team that’s passionate about creating next-level engagement experiences.

As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll help our customers get the most out of our Connect platform—from onboarding and basic training to support and event execution. You’ll play a key role in making sure they succeed in achieving their goals.

You’ll work closely with a
Customer Success Manager and gain hands-on experience in tech, client support, and both virtual and face-to-face events—all while growing your skills and career.


What You’ll Do

As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll play a key role in helping our customers succeed with our Connect platform. From onboarding and training to event support and ongoing engagement, you’ll ensure they get real value from day one.

  • Support new customers during setup and onboarding
  • Deliver basic training and resources to help them get started
  • Provide first-line support, resolving inquiries quickly and effectively
  • Assist in planning and executing of both face-to-face and virtual events (including travel around the world)
  • Join regular check-ins to understand customer goals and ensure satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to solve problems, provide constant product feedback, and improve the customer journey

What you bring:

  • Have some experience in Customer Success or client-facing roles (bonus if it’s in tech or event management)
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
  • Ability to stay organised
    and manage your time while working on multiple ongoing projects
  • You are detail-oriented with a keen eye for spotting areas that can be improved
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office and Apple tools
  • You are service-minded with excellent customer service and social skills
  • Are curious, eager to learn, and up for a challenge
  • Nice to have: Understanding of network and internet technologies.
  • Have a relevant degree, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Are open to travel (approx. 50–100 days a year) and excited to support events on-site
