Job Overview

We are currently hiring Customer Support Executives for our Jaipur location. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills who are passionate about customer service and willing to work in night or rotational shifts.

Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through voice/chat/email as per process requirements.
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain proper documentation and update customer information in the system.
• Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
• Achieve assigned performance and productivity targets.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team whenever required.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
• Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in night shifts or rotational shifts.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Candidates should be willing to work from the Jaipur office.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
