We are looking for a Customer Support Associate who can handle customer queries, assist with orders, coordinate with vendors, and ensure a smooth customer experience from booking to delivery.
If you enjoy talking to customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-growing startup, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Resolve customer complaints politely and professionally
- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and delivery timelines
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and orders
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after service completion
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (local language is a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, email)
- Calm, patient, and customer-friendly attitude
- Ability to handle multiple chats/calls at the same time
- Freshers are welcome; prior customer support experience is a plus
