We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Customer Support Associate to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers — helping them with bookings, resolving queries, managing after-sales support, and ensuring a smooth and delightful customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and live chat
  • Assist customers with product selection, order tracking, and booking details
  • Resolve complaints or issues with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of services
  • Manage cancellations, reschedules, and refunds in a professional manner
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM tools
  • Collect feedback from customers and report trends to improve service quality
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels or management when required
  • Support marketing campaigns by informing customers about new offers or packages

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Graduate)
  • 1–2 years of customer service or support experience preferred (Freshers can apply)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal and written)
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and a calm approach under pressure
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with teams
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or festive days if required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
