We are looking for a Customer Support Associate who can handle customer queries, assist with orders, coordinate with vendors, and ensure a smooth customer experience from booking to delivery.

If you enjoy talking to customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-growing startup, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
  • Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Resolve customer complaints politely and professionally
  • Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and delivery timelines
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and orders
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after service completion

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi (local language is a plus)
  • Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, email)
  • Calm, patient, and customer-friendly attitude
  • Ability to handle multiple chats/calls at the same time
  • Freshers are welcome; prior customer support experience is a plus
