We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Customer Support Associate to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers — helping them with bookings, resolving queries, managing after-sales support, and ensuring a smooth and delightful customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and live chat
- Assist customers with product selection, order tracking, and booking details
- Resolve complaints or issues with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of services
- Manage cancellations, reschedules, and refunds in a professional manner
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM tools
- Collect feedback from customers and report trends to improve service quality
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels or management when required
- Support marketing campaigns by informing customers about new offers or packages
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Graduate)
- 1–2 years of customer service or support experience preferred (Freshers can apply)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving attitude and a calm approach under pressure
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with teams
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or festive days if required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
