About the Role:
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Care Associates (CSA) for a UK shift (monthly rotational) in a product-based company. This role offers a great opportunity to build your career, gain international process exposure, and grow internally through Internal Job Postings (IJP) within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats for UK-based customers
- Resolve product/service-related queries in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by providing empathetic and effective support
- Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and quality standards
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to work in UK shifts with monthly rotational schedule
- Prior customer support/BPO experience is an advantage (freshers welcome)
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of customer service tools/CRM systems preferred
