Hiring: Customer Support Executive – Blended Process

Location: Navi - Mumbai

Salary: 25000 - 35000

5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Off

No Sales | No Targets | No Pressure

About the Role:

We are hiring for one of the largest global MNCs in the BPO industry for a Blended Process (Voice + Non-Voice). If you have strong communication skills and want a stable corporate career without sales pressure, this is the perfect opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via Voice & Chat/Email
  • Provide accurate and timely resolutions
  • Ensure high-quality customer experience
  • Maintain professional communication at all times
  • Follow standard process guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory)
  • Comfortable with Voice + Non-Voice process
  • Minimum 6 months experience in BPO preferred (Freshers with excellent communication can apply)
  • Comfortable with rotational shifts
