Role Overview

As a Legal Client Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for individuals navigating complex legal matters. Your role is to build trust quickly, communicate the value of our services clearly, and connect prospective clients with the right legal professionals with discretion and professionalism at every step.

Key Responsibilities-

Handle inbound and outbound client calls with empathy and professionalism

-Assess client concerns and provide clear, accurate initial guidance

-Articulate our legal service offerings with confidence and clarity-

Schedule and coordinate consultations with the legal team-Maintain detailed, accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups

-Manage the lead pipeline to maximise consultation conversions-Liaise with the legal team to ensure seamless client handoffsRequired Skills

-Strong persuasion skills balanced with genuine client empathy-Active listening and ability to handle sensitive disclosures with discretion

-Composure and professionalism in challenging conversations

-Foundational understanding of legal services (full training provided)

Languages: English and Kannada (mandatory)

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate in any discipline (law background is a strong advantage)

Prior experience in telecalling, client servicing, or legal support preferred

Candidates from legal firms, consultancies, or BPOs are especially welcome

Confident, target-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment
