Full job description :

• Configure and maintain CRM according to Digital Marketing business needs.
• Strong Knowledge on explaining U.S , U.K Realestate clients pain points and other International Clients. (Training Provided).
• Customized pipelines, workflows, properties, templates, and dashboards.
• Lead & Contact Management.
• Manage and segment companies contact databases for effective targeting.
• Develop automated processes for lead scoring, nurturing, and assignment.
• Sales & Marketing Management.
• Track and improve conversion rates across different sales stages.
• Reporting & Analytics.
• Develop and maintain custom dashboards and reports.

Hiring : Customer Support Executive

Position : Customer Support Executive

Experience : 1 – 3 Years

Salary : 1,80,000/- to 2,40,000/-

Work Mode : Work from Home

Eligibility :

• Excellent communication skills in English (Preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Inbound Voice Process.
• Freshers can apply.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Candidates serving up to 3 days' notice period can also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
