POSITION: Customer Support + Order Fulfillment (40 hours/week)

BASED IN BEDFORD, NOVA SCOTIA

Beauty Pro Distribution Inc. is a growing B2B wholesale distributor of professional beauty supplies and trusted brands to the Canadian Aesthetican and Beauty industry, based in Bedford Nova Scotia. A recent acquisition welcomed LCN Canada Central + East, the master distributor of premium LCN nail brand from Germany.

POSITION OBJECTIVE:

This individual will be responsible for managing client support, shipping and receiving inventory ensuring the smooth distribution of products to our customers primarily using the shopify platform.

AREAS OF OVERSIGHT + RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to our customers, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
• Shipping / Fulfillment: Pack + Ship the orders, ensuring the distribution process is timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
• Receiving / Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory of our products using Shopify, Ensure accurate stock levels are recorded and maintained, onboarding new products to the system, ensuring accurate product costs and margins are maintained in our system.
• Sales Growth: Drive sales by identifying opportunities for growth within existing clients and products.
• Collaboration: Work with others to align strategies and achieve company goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of customer support or B2B focused experience, Shopify or ecommerce experience is valued asset, knowledge of or experience in Aesthetics is strongly valued, but not required.
• Skills: Strong communication, Computer savvy, and relationship-building skills.
• Education: No formal education required, Industry knowledge is valued asset, Shopify or ecommerce experience is valued asset, and willingness to learn is essential.
• Attributes: Highly motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Location: This role is 100% in-person based, and candidates must currently live within commuting distance of our Bedford, Nova Scotia offices.

REMUNERATION:

• Compensation: Ranging from $20-22/hour, based on skills/experience.
