Customer Support Representative | Papatoetoe Centennial Pool & Allan Brewster Leisure Centre

Working as a customer support team member at our Papatoetoe Centennial Pool & Allan Brewster Leisure Centre is an opportunity for you to make a real difference in the community.

We are looking for a customer service superstar who will be responsible for ensuring effective and professional frontline service to our diverse customers, dealing with a wide range of enquiries, both face-to-face and on the phone. You will find that no day is the same!

As a customer support team member, you are responsible for:

• Provide a safe environment through proactive supervision and positive interaction with customers
• Educate and enforce pool rules
• Respond to any First Aid emergencies
• Ensure pool and surroundings are clean at all times

This is an on-site position. We are currently looking for someone who can work 20 hours from Tuesday to Saturday. However, it is subject to change according to the roster and the needs of the centre, so flexibility is essential.

Our centres open from 5:30 am - 9:00 pm on weekdays and 8:00 am to 6:30 p on weekdays; the ability to work early night, late night, and weekends is crucial.

You will have proven administration and communication skills, as well as the ability to use your initiative to resolve problems and satisfy your customers' needs.

You’re outgoing and enthusiastic nature, combined with a passion for delivering excellence in customer service, is the key to success in this role.

You are tech-savvy and able to navigate different Microsoft programmes.

Having an interest in our other function would be advantageous.

Pay Rate: 27.80/h+ (Our employer Kiwisaver contribution is an addition to base salary offered.)
