We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and assistance to ensure a positive customer experience. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Duties

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, or account issues.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
• Document customer interactions and update account information in CRM systems.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry into our systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve overall client services.
• Assist in sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed support.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer support or client services is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.
• Proficient in using office software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools for data entry and record keeping.
• Ability to analyze situations effectively and provide appropriate solutions under pressure.
• A positive attitude with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
