We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. Duties

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, or account issues.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
• Document customer interactions and update account information in CRM systems.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry into our systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve overall client services.
• Assist in sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed support.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer support or client services is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.
• Proficient in using office software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools for data entry and record keeping.
• Ability to analyze situations effectively and provide appropriate solutions under pressure.
• A positive attitude with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $22.66 - $27.29 per hour
