Responsibilities:

• Process customer and freight claims
• Provide shipping quotes
• Answer and route incoming calls
• Process and prepare quotes for service-related jobs
• Perform general office and administrative tasks
• Prioritize multiple projects independently
• Use accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
