What You’ll Do:

• Handle incoming calls, messages, and emails from customers
• Assist with product information and troubleshooting
• Process warranty claims, repairs, and replacements
• Recommend the right products based on customer needs
• Deliver professional, friendly support that keeps customers happy

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (written & spoken)
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
• Attention to detail and professionalism in every interaction
• Previous customer or technical support experience is a plus
