Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to assist users with onboarding, resolve technical questions, and help maintain high levels of user satisfaction. The role requires strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to support tickets, emails, and chat messages
  • Guide users through platform features and tools
  • Document support requests and escalate technical issues when needed
  • Maintain and update support materials (FAQs, guides)
  • Provide feedback to the development team

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing support role
  • Excellent written English and clear communication skills
  • Familiarity with support systems (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk)
  • Basic understanding of digital platforms and SaaS tools
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

Compensation: Hourly rate, based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,800.00-$53,800.00 per year
