Customer Support Associate | USA SaaS | Onsite Position Only

Location: Chakdaha, Nadia – 741222
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Shift Timing: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM / 7:30 PM - 4:30 Am
Job Type: Full-time, Onsite

We are hiring a Customer Support Associate for our USA-based SaaS support process. This is an onsite role, ideal for someone with strong English communication skills and previous experience in a US voice process.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting customers with onboarding and account setup
• Handling customer questions through phone, chat, email, and Zoom/Google Meet sessions
• Troubleshooting basic technical issues
• Guiding customers step by step with platform-related tasks
• Maintaining clear communication and providing a great customer experience
• Coordinating with the internal team when advanced technical support is needed

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduate in any stream
• Excellent spoken English ( US accent is a plus )
• Minimum 1+ year experience in any US voice process
• Comfortable working in night shift
• Basic computer and internet knowledge
• Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills
• Must be available to work from our Chakdaha office

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
