Job Summary
At TEAMS Transport , we're on the move – literally. As a leading trucking company, we pride ourselves on delivering fast, reliable, and compliant freight services across borders. We're now looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Customs Administrator to join our customs team and help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and submission of customs declarations for imports and exports
- Verify shipping documentation for accuracy (commercial invoices, packing lists, BOLs, etc.)
- Communicate with customs brokers, carriers, and internal departments
- Maintain up-to-date records of all customs-related documentation
- Monitor shipments to ensure timely clearance and delivery

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
*Participation in an on-call rotation required
