Cyber And Automation Engineer

We have an opportunity for a Cyber and Automation Engineer to join us at Honeywell, in Varkaus or Kuopio, where you will be responsible for working on projects with customers, installing and configuring our cyber solutions, secure remote connections and managing the access to these systems. This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office and 2 days remote with the need to travel to customers sites monthly.

• Installing and taking care on basic Cyber related matters like Windows updates, AV Software updates as a start point
• Building Cyber secure remote connections (configuration & implementation)
• Specify suitable Cyber solutions for our customers and support the presentation of these solutions to customers
• Supporting the Service Team and to assist with the growth of our customer base
• Coordination with and communication together with Senior Engineers and customers

• Degree or ongoing studies in Computer Science, Information or Engineering Technology or Automation Engineering
• Experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of computer based process control systems, or you can be a fresh graduate ready to take the first step in your career
• Experience of networks and switches configuration (e.g. Cisco Certificates)
• Able to accurately document designs and work performed to ensure accurate records and documentation
Good communications skills in both Finnish and English, spoken and written
