We’re Hiring: Cyber Security Business Operations Associate

Vaultify Solutions is hiring 2 remote Cyber Security Business Operations Associate to support client acquisition, agency partnerships, outreach, follow-ups, and business coordination for our cybersecurity services.

This role is suitable for someone with basic cybersecurity knowledge, good communication skills, and an interest in business development, sales, and startup operations.

Position Details:

Role: Cyber Security Business Operations Associate

Openings: 2

Mode: Remote

Initial Period: 3 Months Observation

Pay during observation: ₹2,000/month

After 3 months: Up to ₹13,000/month based on performance, discipline, client opportunities generated, communication quality, and business contribution.

Main Target:

Help Vaultify Solutions generate up to 20 potential client opportunities per month through structured outreach, follow-ups, and agency partnership building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify web development companies, SaaS startups, software agencies, and digital service providers
• Collect company details, decision-maker contacts, emails, WhatsApp numbers, LinkedIn profiles, and websites
• Send professional outreach messages and partnership proposals
• Follow up with potential clients and agency partners
• Explain Vaultify Solutions’ Web App and API Security services clearly
• Share proposal decks, monthly partner plans, and service details with prospects
• Arrange calls or meetings with interested companies
• Maintain lead tracking sheets and update outreach status
• Support client communication and basic business coordination

• Interest in cybersecurity sales, business development, and operations

Important Note:

This is not a technical security testing role.

This role is focused on cybersecurity business development, client acquisition, outreach, partnerships, and business operations.

Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
