We are now looking for a Cybersecurity Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a challenging and versatile role that blends technical expertise with administrative responsibilities, supporting the execution of client projects in the railway industry. As a Cybersecurity Specialist, you will play a key role in designing secure systems, managing vulnerabilities, and ensuring compliance with international standards. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and customers across all project phases, helping to shape the future of secure rail transport.

You’ll be based in our newly renovated office in Espoo, with the flexibility of hybrid working. This is a permanent and full time role.

Main Responsibilities
  • Execute and develop cybersecurity services (e.g. vulnerability management, security monitoring)
  • Design secure network architectures and solutions with project teams
  • Conduct threat and risk analyses and define countermeasures
  • Specify and maintain security requirements in line with international standards (e.g. IEC 62443)
  • Engage with customers on cybersecurity topics throughout project lifecycles

What We Offer
  • A unique opportunity to grow your expertise in both IT and OT environments
  • Global networking and collaboration opportunities
  • Access to professional training and worldwide career paths
  • Flexible working hours and remote work options
  • A supportive, down-to-earth team culture that values expertise and humor

What We Expect
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset with strong teamwork and customer focus
  • A degree (BA or higher) in information technology or a related field
  • Understanding of networking and security technologies
  • Basic knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and standards (e.g. IEC 62443)
  • A couple of years of work experience in cybersecurity (e.g. penetration testing, secure architecture)
  • Fluency in English and working proficiency in Finnish
  • Experience in the railway industry is a plus

If you're passionate about innovation, eager to challenge the status quo, and ready to take initiative—we want to hear from you!
