Job Title: Cycle Count Associate

Location: Warehouse Facility

Position Summary:
The Cycle Count Associate is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy by performing scheduled cycle counts, investigating inventory discrepancies, and supporting inventory control processes within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts of inventory.
• Verify physical inventory against system records.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Record count results accurately in the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Work closely with warehouse and inventory teams to identify root causes of inventory variances.
• Ensure inventory locations are organized and properly labeled.
• Support inventory audits and year-end physical counts.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or inventory control experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and experience using WMS or inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Schedule: Full-time

Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor

Pay: $21.00-$22.00 per hour

Experience:

• Cycle Counting/Inventory management: 3 years (preferred)
• ERP systems: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Reach and Counter Balance license? (preferred)
