We serve authentic and surprising Asian street food with a modern twist – from ramen to bao buns, and from bubble tea to cocktails. We are looking for enthusiastic people who bring just as much energy and passion as our dishes!

What will you bring as a cook?

• You perform preparatory work, including washing vegetables, cutting and filleting salmon, and cutting lamb chops and beef for the preparation of stone plate dishes. You will do this together with a kitchen team of approximately eight colleagues, led by the head chef.
• You prepare and cook various dishes, carrying out interim quality and hygiene checks in accordance with applicable guidelines.
• You prepare dishes for service and perform a final check, after which the service staff (or robots) deliver the dishes.
• You plan daily activities and place orders for food supplies and other stock replenishments with regular suppliers. You also check delivered products for quality and quantity.
• You supervise the work of kitchen assistants, give instructions, and make adjustments where necessary.
• Before closing time, you ensure a clean workplace, clean kitchen equipment and machines, and assist in cleaning the entire kitchen and storing delivered goods if necessary.
• You are a true team player, flexible, and have good communication skills.
• You actively contribute to improving quality, think about optimizations, and help with compiling and adjusting menus, recipes, and preparation instructions.
• Job requirements: You have completed MBO level 3 education (or equivalent), with demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques.

• A gross salary between €2600 – €3100 based on a 38-hour work week according to the Dutch Hospitality CAO, with 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance.
