What you’ll do
Respond to customer inquiries in Danish via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with product information, orders, and account questions
Troubleshoot basic issues and make sure customers get the right support
Ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction
Update records and follow internal procedures

What we’re looking for
Fluency in Danish (spoken and written)
Basic English communication skills (B2 level)
Basic computer skills
Positive, customer-first attitude
Willingness to relocate to Greece
