Responsibilities:

Support pre-sales activities for data and AI projects, including assisting in the development and execution of data and AI POCs, end-user workshops, and RFP responses.
Assist in data and AI project delivery, including project definition, basic client communication, and reporting key insights to senior team members.
Work closely with Data Engineers, Data Analysts, and Project Managers to support skill identification and task allocation for successful project delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to contribute to team knowledge.
Participate in events and conferences in Malaysia as part of learning and team representation.

What We Look For:

Up to 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or technical role (e.g., pre-sales, technical support, or consulting).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with clients and team members.
Basic knowledge or experience in the Data and AI Industry.
Familiarity with Python/R, SQL, or similar tools; a willingness to learn and grow in handling large datasets.
Exposure to PySpark and leading data science or data warehouse technologies is a plus but not mandatory.
