Day to Day

This Insights Analyst role is part of the Client Strategy, Insights, and Experience team within the broader Sales Strategy group, reporting directly to the Team Leader responsible for Public Sector accounts.
You will support Indeed’s Public Sector portfolio by building compelling narratives from complex data, transforming these insights into scalable content that resonates with diverse audiences across the Public Sector. Your work will enhance key strategies to optimise account engagement and revenue generation, ensuring impactful results across the portfolio.
You’ll create data analytics, highlight clients’ return on investment with Indeed, and investigate raw data to produce new insights. The Analyst will collaborate across teams, and communicate skillfully whilst positively influencing revenue. Using data expertise, they'll extract actionable insights and optimise operations.

The ideal candidate is a highly analytical, self-motivated problem-solver with a strong ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for business impact. This role demands a proactive person with business acumen, critical thinking, and capable of executing at scale.

Responsibilities

• Data-Driven Analysis & Narrative Building: Maximise ROI in Public Sector accounts through tailored analysis and scalable automation for optimal service levels and delivery methods.
• Sales Support: Drive client-facing analytics, influence revenue in the Public Sector, prioritise best-in-class service, and employ data-driven strategies for selling and upselling.
• Scalable Content Creation: Develop engaging, data-driven content that is adaptable and easily accessible for different stakeholders within the Public Sector, ensuring messages are consistent and actionable. Create standardised, reusable materials that can be leveraged across various campaigns and client interactions.
• Public Sector Strategy Initiatives: Partner with various internal teams to develop scalable tools integrating Indeed's data-backed capabilities for customers. Contribute to strategic initiatives that expand Indeed’s Public Sector engagement across EMEA markets.
• Optimisation & Efficiency: Continuously refine analytics processes, seeking out opportunities for automation. Ensuring outputs are sophisticated yet accessible to stakeholders, enabling more effective and consistent communication.

Skills/Competencies

• Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work with business partners, delivering insights and technical solutions that align with shared business objectives.
• Scalable Content Development: Proven experience in creating and standardising content that can be easily adapted across various campaigns and platforms, ensuring consistency and maximising impact.
• Storytelling & Communication: Strong ability to transform complex data into compelling narratives, creating content that resonates with a wide range of Public Sector audiences. Skilled in tailoring oral and written communications to ensure insights are clear, impactful, and actionable.
• Technical Skills: Technical skills (SQL, Tableau, Seismic, Power BI, Machine Learning or similar) for data extraction, interpretation, and visualisation. Expertise in analysing large datasets to extract meaningful insights and develop actionable recommendations, with a focus on maximising return on investment.
• Adaptability & Initiative: Self-directed and proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments. Ability to identify opportunities, drive client partnerships, plan through ambiguity, and own work across teams to address problems and deliver results.
• Experience & Education: Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience delivering data-driven stories to clients in fields such as technology, media, consulting, sales, or marketing.
• Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel (10-20% of the time) as needed for business requirements.
• Fluently in Dutch, German or French is a plus

Salary Range Transparency

Dublin 60,000 - 85,000 EUR per year

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees.
