About the Team Hiring:
The IT Department is responsible for the management, strategy, and execution of the IT infrastructure of the GRAITEC Group, and tracking technology in order to achieve business goals, minimize security risks, maintain operations and systems. The IT Team is in charge with implementing the governance for the use of network and systems, it assists the operational units by providing them the functionality they need and is responsible for providing the infrastructure for automation.

Overview:
A data analyst collects, organises and studies data to provide business insight.
In this role, you will:
- apply tools and techniques for data analysis and data visualisation (including the use of business information tools)
- identify, collect and migrate data to and from a range of systems
- manage, clean, abstract and aggregate data alongside a range of analytical studies on that data
- manipulate and link different data sets
- summarise and present data and conclusions in the most appropriate format for users
Key Responsibilities
produce and track key performance indicators
develop and support reporting processes
monitor and audit data quality
set up and maintain automated data processes
identify, evaluate and implement external services and tools to support data validation and cleansing
liaise with internal and external clients to fully understand data content
gather, understand and document detailed business requirements using appropriate tools and techniques
design and carry out surveys and analyse survey data
manipulate, analyse and interpret complex data sets relating to the employer's business
prepare reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics reporting tools
create data dashboards, graphs and visualisations
mine and analyse large datasets, draw valid inferences and present them successfully to management using a reporting tool.
Create and enforce policies for effective data management
Formulate techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data
Establish rules and procedures for data sharing with upper management, external stakeholders etc.
Key Success Indicators
Create and maintain a set of dashboards with KPIs used by managers of all departments.
Support users in the development of their own PowerBI dashboard.
Identify data inconsistencies and help the team remediate themData collected and processed is organized in a relevant manner, in order to provide a real an easy-to-get overview of business progress.

Responsibilities:
- What you must have done already:
o 3-5 years minimum experience working in IT operations and overseeing large information technology projects
o Professional certification (e.g., CCNS, CISSP, MCSE).
o Good knowledge of Microsoft environment (Windows Server, Office 365, Azure).
o Up-to-date knowledge of latest IT developments:
o Networking & security; firewall; VPN & tunneling
o Datacenter & virtualization
o Database administration
o Azure & Office 365
o Experience as a webmaster
o VoIP (Unified comms) – considered as a plus
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Fluency in English (spoken/written);
- Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to explain highly technical concepts in simple terms
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication ability, both written and verbal.
- Personable, professional demeanor.
