About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Analytics & Insights, you'll deliver trusted enterprise reporting, remediation analytics and commercial insights that support Executive, Board and regulatory decision-making.
This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic reporting, complex analytical investigations and remediation activities in a highly visible role. You'll partner with stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Compliance and the Executive team to deliver evidence-based insights that influence business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver executive, Board and strategic performance reporting, supported by meaningful insight and commentary.
Support customer and financial remediation activities, including cohort identification, calculation validation and evidence preparation.
Validate and challenge analytical outputs from external providers and partners.
Analyse business performance, profitability trends and strategic opportunities in partnership with Finance.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
Drive reporting automation, data quality and governance improvements.
Maintain robust documentation, audit trails and regulator-defensible analytical outputs.
Build trusted relationships across Executive, Risk, Compliance, Finance and Remediation teams.
Skills and Experiences:
About You
You are a highly analytical professional who combines strong technical capability with commercial thinking and stakeholder influence.
You'll bring:
Experience delivering executive, Board or enterprise reporting.
Advanced SQL skills and strong Power BI capability, including data modelling and DAX.
Experience analysing complex datasets and translating findings into business insights.
Exposure to regulated, audit, risk, compliance or remediation environments.
Strong analytical problem-solving, validation and investigation skills.
Excellent written communication and insight storytelling capability.
Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.

Experience within financial services, banking or another regulated environment will be highly regarded.
