Role Description

This is a contract role for a Data Center Engineer (L2) at H-Tech Supports. The Data Center Engineer will be responsible for data center operations, troubleshooting, technical support, cabling, and data center infrastructure. The resource must have deep understanding of PowerEdge technology, along with multiple skills (VMware + RedHat to help navigate a wide range of products & networking. The engineer needs to be able to connect out Dell subject matter experts when needed. This is an on-site role located in Tampere.

Qualifications

• Data Center Operations and Data Center Infrastructure skills
• Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
• Cabling expertise
• Experience in structured cabling installations
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of networking technologies
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CDCP) are a plus
