About the Opportunity

We are building a talent pipeline for future expert-level opportunities supporting data center operations and AI infrastructure environments in Finland.

These opportunities are expected to support live operational site environments across multiple locations, with a focus on stable, safe, and efficient operations. We are interested in professionals with backgrounds in data centers, critical facilities, mission-critical infrastructure, industrial operations, or other high-availability operational environments.

This opening is intended to connect with experienced talent across several operational disciplines that are important to multi-site operational support.

Areas of Interest

• Data Center IT Operations

• Critical Facilities / Facility Operations

• Security, Safety, or Compliance Operations

• Asset / Inventory / Lifecycle Control

• Site Operations / General Operations Management

What You May Be Working On

Depending on the role focus, responsibilities may include supporting day-to-day site operations, coordinating vendors and service providers, handling operational incidents and escalations, maintaining standards and reporting, and supporting reliable operations across one or multiple sites.

What We Are Looking For

We are interested in candidates who bring:

• Solid experience in data centers, critical infrastructure, industrial operations, technical site environments, or other mission-critical operations

• Experience supporting operational environments, ideally in settings where uptime, safety, and process discipline are important

• Strong ownership, operational discipline, and problem-solving ability

• Experience working with vendors, service providers, and different stakeholder groups

• Team leadership or functional ownership experience for more senior profiles

• Good working proficiency in English

Candidates may come from backgrounds such as:

• IT operations, technical support, hardware lifecycle support, or service delivery in data center or other high-availability environments

• Facilities or technical operations involving electrical, mechanical, cooling, HVAC, UPS, generator, BMS/EPMS, or similar infrastructure systems

• Security, compliance, safety, or asset-related functions supporting site governance, physical security, fire/life safety, equipment control, inventory, or operational risk management

• Site or operations management roles involving coordination across multiple locations, vendors, reporting, and day-to-day operational support

Language Requirements

• English is required

• Mandarin Chinese is a strong advantage due to collaboration with headquarters and cross-border teams

• For some opportunities within this pipeline, Mandarin may be preferred or required depending on the scope of the role

• Finnish or other European language skills may be an advantage
