What we are looking for:

The Inventory Planning Analyst will be responsible for the analysis on all data through our Power BI data base and interface. You will make all business decision for this unit through your analysis with P&L responsibility. Establish run rates for all products, make pricing and marketing decisions, while managing 2 amazon account managers. This position needs a quick individual who can coordinate with many different departments and be agile, as many things are changing within our company.

Responsibilities:

• Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format
• Put on your marketing cap to drive adoption of our product for all Sellers worldwide as well as new incremental features of the product
• Measure all FBA metrics and propose and implement projects to improve these metrics
• Partnering with the key executives to enable decision making on issues related to market strategies, product profitability, and investment allocations.
• Identify key drivers of risk and opportunity and develop tools and reporting to track performance of new business initiatives.

Requirements:

• Excellent problem solving and critical thing skills
• Comfort and experience using Business Intelligence software to extract and manipulate data, huge plus: Power BI experience
• Excel experience is a MUST high level experience a plus
• Ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Excellent quantitative and written communication skills
• Ability to self-start in an unstructured environment, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
• Ability to draw concise, well supported recommendations based on detailed analysis of the given issue
• Ability to collaborate effectively to help influence senior leadership
• Strong business partnering skills; proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Understanding of budget processes and accounting transactions
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple assignments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
