Tempe Tyres is a leading tyre and wheel retailer with multiple branches and well-established quality brands, and we are in pursuit of a results-driven Admin Officer to join the team based at our Tempe – Wholesale branch.

Reporting to branch manager you must be able to work to deadlines, be organized, have a strong passion for sales and be customer centric.

Key duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Making warm outbound calls to existing customers to generate sale and following up on previous enquires or quotes
• Responding to all customer enquiries regarding product information, pricing availability, delivery schedules and back orders in a timely manner
• Receiving inbound calls from both internal and external customers regarding sales or enquiries
• Accurately processing and keying in sales orders and quotes
• Providing support and information to the field sales team

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to work under pressure
• A friendly phone manner and strong communicator
• An ability to think on your feet with good attention to detail

A background or interest in automotive is an advantage, although not essential
