Established Creditor Rights Law Firm is seeking a Data Entry Clerk in our Finance Department responsible for multiple tasks including but not limited to:
- Perform day to day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts payable data
- Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks and results needed
- Willing to cross train for other duties in the finance department
Requirements:
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- Proficiency in English and in MS Office
- Proficient in problem solving, analysis and reporting
- Written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- 1-year minimum experience in administrative assistant, data entry or other related position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
