Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This role involves accurately inputting, updating, and managing data within various systems to support operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, excellent typing speed, and experience working with databases and office software. Responsibilities
- Enter data accurately into company databases, ERP systems, and other software platforms
- Maintain and update existing records with precision and timeliness
- Verify data for completeness and correctness before entry
- Organize and file physical and digital documents systematically
- Collect data from various sources as required for ongoing projects
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data collection
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times
- Support team members with clerical duties as needed to ensure smooth workflow
Qualifications
- Proven office experience or administrative experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office Suite, and familiarity with ERP systems
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Demonstrated data entry skills with high accuracy and fast typing speed (minimum 60 WPM)
- Experience working with databases and data management tools
- Good computer skills including familiarity with data collection methods and filing systems
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully
- Prior clerical experience or background in administrative roles is a plus
Pay: $19.00-$26.00 per hour
