*Position: Data Entry Operator (in Store)*

*Location: Hallo Majra, Chandigarh*
Salary: ₹17,000–₹20,000 per month

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to manage and update store-related data accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter sales, inventory, customer, supplier, and billing data into the system.
• Update stock records and maintain accurate product information.
• Verify data for errors, completeness, and consistency.
• Prepare basic daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Coordinate with store staff regarding data discrepancies.
• Maintain digital and physical records securely.
• Support billing, purchase-entry, and other store administration tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum Graduate candidates preferred.
• Basic knowledge of data-entry software- Marg., MS Office etc.
• Good typing speed with high accuracy.
• Familiarity with billing or inventory systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work from the store location during assigned hours.

Preferred Skills:

• Marg & Excel basics.
• Clear communication in Hindi/English and local language.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to handle routine data confidentially.
