Data Fulfilment Executive (€30,000 PA plus target based monthly bonus of €500)

The Role

The Data Executive will manage and optimize our CRM system, executing campaign criteria to build targeted audiences and ensuring data accuracy. This role involves constructing datasets from scratch, managing CRM campaigns, and utilizing advanced Excel functions to support data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity.
• Design and implement campaign criteria to build precise target audiences.
• Develop datasets from the ground up to meet campaign and business objectives.
• Perform advanced data manipulation and analysis using Excel, including formulas and functions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align data outputs with client and project requirements.
• Proactively identify and resolve data discrepancies or inefficiencies.

About You:

Experience: Graduate entry-level or 1-2 years in data management, CRM, or a related field.

Skills:

• Proficient in Excel, with strong knowledge of formulas, functions, and data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and campaign management processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams.
