Your mission : The Central Data Office (CDO) is in charge to conduct the implementation of the Firm’s Data Strategy, to provide support to users and foster the adoption of Data Management best practices , and to enable data that is Trusted - Ready to use - Protected .
The Data Governance Operations Trainee contributes to this transformation within the Data Governance Operations Team of the CDO , following Data Governance principles, including considering data a strategic asset, complying with applicable laws and regulations, keeping data secure, protecting the privacy of data subjects or respecting our responsibility to our stakeholders when handling data.
Be a part of our team where you will:
- Support the the Data Governance Unit Leader and the Data Governance Operations team members for Data Governance analysis
- Contribute to the analysis of the Data Procedures and the impacts on Data Governance rules & processes.
- Carry out timely meeting administration and organisation - including booking rooms and taking minutes, forming part of the audit trail.
- Establish and collect metrics to assess the Data Governance performance.
- Exchange accurately and diplomatically with internal and external colleagues and collaborators.
- Maintain the Data Governance documentation repository, guidelines and templates, and ensure all stakeholders adopt these in the adequate manner. Document the analysis of risks and issues in the required RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions).

- Hold or prepare a Master degree level in IT, Data Management, Business Management or Sciences.
- Show some ability in business analysis and to structure a large amount of information within a process framework;
- Are keen to acquire knowledge of Data Management practices (DMBOK), Data Regulation rules (GDPR, EU data regulations) and business domains.
- Possess Good writing skills.
- Are fluent in French and/or English - Other languages are considered as an asset.
