Your mission : Within the Central Data Office (CDO), you will be part of the Data Operations Unit and work with people who act as a direct point of contact for internal clients (auditors, advisors, corporate services), for Alteryx and PowerBI products, for custom development and advice, ensuring the highest possible level of quality.

• Be learning some day-to-day activities surrounding data management: data extraction, mapping and integration;
• Be learning how to manage expectations from internal clients, plan activities accordingly;
• Be learning how to periodically review processes and propose improvements where relevant;
• Use specific data transformation tools in order to support delivery of various use cases involving:

• Capture the need from Internal clients, challenge it.

• Build prototype, making sure that best practices and internal policies are respected

• Share results with internal clients, make sure this fulfils the need.

• Deploy the new workflows

Let’s talk about you. If you …

• Are studying for a Master degree;
• Are knowledgeable in data management;
• Are fluent both in French and English, any other language is considered as an asset;
• Show good knowledge of Alteryx, PowerBI, Python and any other tool/language will be considered as a major asset;
• Have a good knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Have an awareness on data and new technologies;
• Have strong analytical skills;
• Have a strong sense of confidentiality and can deal with sensitive information;
• Have strong organizational skills, you are proactive and able to multitask;
• Have effective communication skills.
