- Collaborate with business and functional teams to ensure data protection and privacy initiatives are well understood and accurately documented in the Healthineers Data Privacy (HDP) Register.
- Review and maintain processing activities in the HDP Register to ensure quality, completeness, and timely closure of related actions.
- Support the business in implementing applicable privacy requirements, including EU GDPR and relevant local obligations such as Indian data protection requirements, in alignment with the global data privacy framework.
- Support data protection awareness and responding to data protection and privacy-related enquiries.
- Support internal privacy and compliance audits, including review of privacy impact assessments completed by business teams.
- Assist with day-to-day privacy matters, including data security incident response, consultation on data protection agreements, privacy complaints, and subject access requests.
- Review existing policies, processes, systems, controls, and training materials to identify areas where data protection practices can be improved.
- Track privacy compliance actions, support remediation of identified gaps, and prepare status updates and internal dashboards to highlight progress and key issues.
- Stay up to date with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related field, with 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
- Working knowledge of GDPR and familiarity with other applicable privacy regulations, such as DPDPA, is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional, cross-cultural matrix environment, with at least 2 years of experience working with multinational teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to review, validate, and maintain high-quality documentation.
- Demonstrated decisiveness and sound judgment in day-to-day decision-making.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and apply practical solutions to complex legal and regulatory matters.
- Previous experience in software quality assurance is preferred.
- Experience in supporting privacy operations, compliance activities, audits, or regulatory documentation is preferred.
- Previous experience in software quality assurance is preferred.
- Previous experience with ITIL is preferred.
