XGPUA Technology Solutions Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Support Analyst to join our team in Brisbane. In this role, you will assist with managing and analyzing operational data, maintaining accurate records, and supporting internal teams with data-driven insights. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, identifying trends, and helping improve business processes through accurate reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and maintain data from internal systems and databases
• Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and data summaries
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across company databases
• Support internal teams with data analysis and information requests
• Identify trends and assist in improving data management processes

Requirements / Qualifications

• Previous experience in data analysis, data support, or administrative data management preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Basic knowledge of databases or reporting tools is an advantage
• Legal right to work in Australia

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: AUD $65,000 – $80,000 per year depending on experience
