Part-time Team Member – Rock City Plaza Tim Hortons

· This is a part time opening i.e. 20-30 hours per week.

· Must have Canadian citizenship or Permanent Resident status

We are searching for dependable team members to join our growing team. Whether you are the very first person our guests encounter, or produce the best loved bakery items that our guests come to enjoy, you will have the opportunity to deliver and create exceptional guest experiences. Your genuine energy and passion for guest service will work in tandem with our team in this fast-paced environment, while your ability to multi-task and communicate with your fellow team members will contribute to your success.

Core Responsibilities

· Be part of maintaining high standards of guest service, food quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence, whether positioned on Front Counter, Drive thru or in Production/Soup & Sandwich area.

· Engage with guests to create positive & memorable service experiences

· Be part of creating a respectful, calm, productive, and drama-free workplace culture

· Communicate effectively with team members and management

· Ensure proper procedure, process and uniform standards are honoured and maintained

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

· Dependability and reliability – a must!

· Strong work ethic and be proud of doing a job well done. Must be a self starter and take initiative

· Strong attention to detail.

· A positive attitude and easy-to-work-with personality

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

· Previous quick service restaurant experience a plus

· Availability & flexibility to early morning shifts ie. 5:00am, closing and weekends is a strong asset
